Assessment Services

Anna offers comprehensive diagnostic assessments, including assessments for mental health diagnostic clarification, Autism, and Attention Deficit Hyper-Activity (ADHD). These services are provided to children and adults, ages 12 and up. Referrals for younger children are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Anna does not provide cognitive assessments

As part of assessments for neurodivergence, Anna carries out an in-depth exploration of what the person has been experiencing, how this is affecting their engagement in day-to-day life, provides a comprehensive diagnostic report, and offers support for navigating next steps after diagnosis.

Therapy Services

Anna readily works with clients presenting with a range of concerns, including but not limited to:

  • Mood and Anxiety Disorders

  • Trauma-related disorders (with a particular interest in working with veterans and emergency services personnel)

  • Eating Disorders

  • Personality Disorders

  • Psychotic Disorders (if well supported in symptoms)

  • Interpersonal difficulties, grief and life stresses

  • Sleep difficulties

  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

  • Neurodivergence (Autism & ADHD)

  • Other health professionals seeking support for their mental health or management of daily stress.

  • Eating Disorder Treatment Plans (EDTP)

  • Workers Compensation

  • Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA)

  • Motor Accidents Insurance Board (MAIB)

Therapeutic Approach

Anna employs a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapies (CBT, ACT, Mindfulness-based therapy), and Schema Therapy. Anna has expertise in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) having previously worked in a comprehensive DBT program (in Perth, Western Australia) and previously holding a role as DBT Skills Group Coordinator (in Hobart, Tasmania).

Anna works collaboratively with clients to find their goals for therapy and goals to build a fulfilling life, and then tailors evidence-based treatment options to these needs. Anna takes an open and transparent communication strategy with clients and welcomes the same in return.

Anna aims to promote a safe and inclusive therapeutic environment for all and has experience working with clients from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, across the lifespan, and LGBT+ individuals.

My Approach

Professional services: Clinical Supervision

Anna is an endorsed Clinical Psychologist and Board-Approved Supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia, offering clinical supervision to psychology students undertaking placements and psychologists completing a Clinical Psychology Registrar Program.

Anna aims to create a supportive and collaborative supervision space where curiosity, reflection, and professional growth are prioritised. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and focuses on strengthening core clinical skills such as case formulation, intervention planning, ethical decision-making, and the development of a confident professional identity. She has experience supervising work informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy, and tailors her approach to each supervisee’s individual learning goals and clinical context.

Anna works across a broad range of presentations, including mood and anxiety disorders, personality disorders, psychotic disorders, eating disorders, trauma, and neurodiversity. A key focus of her supervision is supporting psychologists to critically evaluate and translate research into practice, while also fostering sustainable ways of working that promote long-term professional wellbeing and self-care.
